Sinopsis del Libro

"CISEN, peak and decadence of Mexican espionage," is a journey through the activities of the Center of Investigation and National Security, the organism of the government's intelligence that since 1989 has been the main organ of civil espionage after the disappearance of DFS in 1985 and later of the DISEN (Office of Investigation and National Security). A great part of the activities of CISEN that are narrated in this book doesn't appear in the government's official speeches. In fact, the official version denies that CISEN is or has been carrying out the actions disclosed in here. ""This book is a result of an almost 10 year research, and it reveals the main activities of espionage of the CISEN, based on internal documents and on the reconstruction of facts derived from the organism's high level officials' and agents' testimonies, although the intelligence community is traditionally hermetic and finds unsettling to speak with the Press."" Cisen, auge y decadencia del espionaje mexicano, es un recorrido por las actividades del Centro de Investigacin y Seguridad Nacional, el organismo de inteligencia del gobierno que desde 1989 funge como el principal rgano de espionaje civil despus de que desapareciera la dfs en 1985 y posteriormente el Disen (Direccin de Investigacin y Seguridad Nacional). Gran parte de las actividades del Cisen que se narran en el libro no aparecen en los discursos oficiales del gobierno. De hecho, la versin oficial niega que el Cisen realice o haya realizado los hechos que aqu se narran. "Este libro es el resultado de una investigacin de casi 10 aos y enumera las principales actividades de espionaje del Cisen a partir de documentos internos y de reconstruccin de hechos derivados de testimonios de agentes y funcionarios de alto nivel del organismo, a pesar de que la comunidad de inteligencia es tradicionalmente hermtica y le incomoda hablar con la prensa."
