Sinopsis del Libro

Cumpleaños feliz, de Roxana Popelka, es una antología de poemas escritos y publicados a lo largo de veinte años (1989-2009). En ella reúne una colección de textos con múltiples registros e interpretaciones que ha ido trazando desde 1989. Desde los poemas postmodernos de su primera etapa (“Pesadilla Roja”, “Caballos de carreras”); pasando por los textos aforísticos (“Moscas”, “No hay nada que recordar”); hasta los más alejados de las convenciones poéticas y conscientemente políticos de su tercera etapa (“Pequeñas comodidades”, “Mis vecinos”). Por último, aquéllos que siendo foto acciones, se convirtieron en relatos visuales y donde la propia autora deviene en imagen (“Así fue como ocurrieron las cosas”, “El esahucio”). Textos, en definitiva, que compendian una revolución silenciosa originada en el obstinado año de 1989.
