Se destaca el marco en el que se deben suscribir los tratados de comercio internacionales, por lo que en primera instancia se hace referencia a los principios y generalidades del ALCA y el TLC, pasando a estudiar los elementos jurídicos, y económicos relevantes en la negociación, y tercero se descubren los enclaves del interés extranjero.
