Esta obra es un estudio sobre la figura del juicio político, en ella se analizan tres casos en diferentes épocas de la historia de México: el primero durante la presidencia de Antonio López de Santa Anna; el segundo en la república restaurada, durante el mandato de Benito Juárez y el tercero durante la gestión de Álvaro Obregón, se estudian las coincidencias entre estos casos. Al final se realizan consideraciones acerca de la procedencia del juicio político contra integrantes de la Suprema Corte.

Manuscript circular ofrelating to military assistance from "our generous neighbor to the North" [i.e. the United States]] during the Mexican war of independence and informing the insurgents of the arrival numerous ships and the names of their captains including the ship El Tigre loaded with 3000 barrels of gunpowder. Rayó́n adds that the allied ships have already captured three European ships from Veracruz to Tuxpan.
