Life and work of polemic architect and urbanist Meyer (b. Switzerland), one of the most important functionalists of the 1920's. The former director of the Bauhaus, he worked for the Post-Revolutionary Regimes in Mexico as the director of the Instituto del Urbanismo y Planification from 1942 through 1949, while also becoming the editor of the collective graphic workshop Taller de Grafica Popular (TGP) from 1947 to 1949. Many plates of his architectural designs and the structural diagrams Meyer used for the Bauhaus and in IUP in Mexico.

La principal misión de este trabajo ha sido la de llevar a cabo una redescripción completa de los diversos elementos que constituyen el mosaico urbano de Sevilla, sin perder de vista la disposición del conjunto. Utiliza un enfoque estructuralista y taxonómico para considerar la estructura como el objetivo central del estudio.
