Libro El hijo del trueno (San Juan de Betsaida)

Siglo I. Juan nace en Betsaida, cerca del río Jordán. Pertenece a una familia de pescadores. Como discípulo de Juan el Bautista conoce a Jesús y le sigue toda la jornada junto a su hermano Santiago. Este primer encuentro queda grabado en su corazón: allí, en las riberas del río, comienza su gran amistad con Jesús, que no terminará jamás. Poco después, el Señor le llama a formar parte del grupo de los doce Apóstoles. Juan, que le profesa un enorme respeto, es el único apóstol que le acompaña hasta el Calvario y el primero en reconocerle después de haber resucitado.
