La arquitectura es un delirio de poder, un desvarío del deseo de organizar la vida de los otros, que se vincula a la producción industrial-mercantil y a la justificación posterior de su pertinencia. Pero los edificios pueden entenderse sin arquitectura, como cajas que contienen escenarios tipificados para que en su interior se puedan reproducir comportamientos colectivizados. Este enfoque, permite acercarse a las viviendas como laberintos ritualizadores que basan su organización en la distribución de papeles activos entre los miembros de los grupos que los tienen que ocupar. El presente ensayo de Atxu Amann abre radicalmente esta consideración moral de la edificación para señalar los supuestos genéricos en los que descansa la vivienda como producto de consumo y receptáculo de la intimidad inconfesable
